Why is it the last straw?

I don't think she meant it the way it sounded. But she should not have said that in the first place. That was the most idiotic and dangerous thing to say and you cannot take it back. And don't tell me she made a mistake because she had the Kennedy's on her mind lately she said that a month ago to the Times! And nobody took her aside and tell her to stop using that argument! I don't buy that Olbermann pointed out that she did take out the A word for a while in later similar comments so somebody may have done just that! Smart peoples when they manage to dodge a shitstorm once usually don't walk into the same mess again! 

What if god forbid something bad do happen the backlash you see now would be nothing compared to what would happen. And since she too stupid to keep her mouth shut on the subject she would be blamed for it. I don't even see her getting the nomination if the unthinkable happen now. You think the Obama camp will not find somebody else hell anybody but her to back up now! Now had she run with class for the last six month and this was her first accident peoples would probably have move on in a few hours but since this is the last of a very long series of very stupid comments peoples just don't feel like letting that one slide. You are right Ian enough is enough and we had enough of her BS.
