Bill should start by uninstalling crappy Vista off his desktop. Now that Bill is retired he does not need to keep appearance anymore. I suggest that he get Linux Ubuntu Hardy Heron. That the OS of the future and Compiz look so good with it! And guess what he would save on the license and the price tag since it free now that Bill is on a fix income Bill need to downsize his living. After all when Windows 7 tank his stocks might just be worth a lots less than they are now!
Bill could also throw away his fifth Xbox 360 who just RROD again and get a PS3 he can afford a real next generation console after all! I could also suggest that he get Firefox 3 but who am I kidding Bill was probably the first to download it last week just to take a look at what would IE look five years from now!
