In my previous post I made fun of a UPS exception well karma is a bitch because am still waiting for that damn package. A package that should have arrive at the most the 26 completely disappeared from the face of the earth from 5 am the 25 to 5 pm the 27!!! 72 hours with no tracking update and no way of knowing if the package was moving or if it was stuck somewhere and it was by the way.
Am a patient man and I don't mind delay in shipping that part of shopping online. You deal with it or you get off your fat ass and go to a brick and mortar store and pay more for the same item but that another story! But what I do mind is the lack of tracking update I pay more for the two day shipping but it the tracking that I like I use it so that I know where my package is and when it going to show up at my door. That way I know what day am going to work at home waiting for my package and if a delay come up and am warned I know not to bother for that day. That the whole point of tracking and that what fail with that delivery. I don't even know what the problem was and I don't care but could I get an explanation if I ask for one maybe. Could I get a refund? Not likely am guessing they got clauses in the term of service that pretty much exonerate them of anything if they do eventually deliver my package...
Now I am not going to yell at the Brown dude who going to knock at my door on Monday that not is fault he's just the last link in a chain that fail miles away anyway.
