Madhi19 Reddit new post madhi19 on Why Do We Assume Patents Are Valid When Patent Office's Own Numbers Show They Get Things Wrong All The Time?

If you want to save the patent system the solution is simple start funding it properly! That way they can hire a small army of experts in every field, put a double blind examination process of every patent submitted to root out the crap. If both expert find the patent to be valid they kick it to a third who get the final yay or nay. If only one of the expert reject it well it rejected. Add a review board that examine every patent granted a year later and is heavy on the reject button. Also publicise every patent granted before they go into effect that way peoples could start raising red flag about prior art that the patent office might have missed. And for god sake software and look and feel should not be patentable!
