That how long it would take for 90% of the last stragglers to fix their HUGE tv problem! 5% are going to say. "Screw it am not spending a penny for a converter box when I watch TV online 99% of the time anyway!" The last 5% are probably well outside any digital signal reach and you can be sure we are going to hear them howl by tomorrow! That might be mitigated by the fact that broadcaster are finally going to crank up the juice on the digital signal. The bonus will be that we might just have a baby boom in nine months!
