Unless you been living under a ro... Hell no! You got no excuse not to have heard of Micheal Jackson death by now fuck even protester in Iran know about it! And forget about the whole king of pop thing too Jacko in the last twenty years was king of the wacko period! Now that his majesty of the freak is dead who would take his place?
We shall look at the likely candidates for king or queen of the fuck up and super rich celebrity the bar is pretty low so lets see who manage to fall lower than this!

The ground rules.
First rule of the game comedian and authors are disqualified most of them are fuck up anyway that practically a job requirement!

Second rule Reality show, fake celebrity and anybody who just famous for being fuck up in the first place are disqualified! We are looking for somebody who had a big entertainment career before they degenerated to wacko level of madness!

Third rule we have to get proof of madness in action not just rumor and hearsay video and audio but picture are also accepted!

Fourth rule. Highlander rule apply "Their can be only one king or queen of the wacko!"
