Madhi19 Reddit new post madhi19 on A Kentucky restaurant has instituted a new policy of no tipping of servers. Instead, the servers make $10.00 an hour or %20 of their individual food sales, whichever is higher.

The real money is in the booze. I bet the average tip was around 30% of the food bill so bump the price of food by 30% and screw over your waiters by 10%. Slow day at the food table but big day at the bar "Fuck you here your $10 an hour!"
