Close thread we have a winner. I would also add all the big Lovecraft stories preferably read by Wayne June. When it come to audio book the right or wrong narrator can sink or swim a great story. Take the Harry Potter series, am not a big fan of the book in written form but the UK and US Audio books read by Jim Dale and Stephen Fry are worth a listen.
