You be hard pressed to find one of the major religion that does preach killing the innocents. The problem is, you also be hard pressed to find a single minor or major religion that consider people who don't believe in their version of the "sky wizard" to be "innocent". It all about your definition of innocent. Kind of like considering every male that die because of a drone strike to be enemy combatant.
