You can make the argument that Picard never really face THE Borg again until First Contact. As in big, unstoppable cube, end of civilization as you know it event like Best of Both World. In I Borg he facing one pretty harmless drone prisoner. In Descent he worrying more about Lore and Data, and the drones they do encounter are not part of the collective. Story wise the fact that he crack in First Contact make some sense. Edit: Voyager is worth a watch, but I wait for the Blu Ray to show up. Probably next year since it was DS9 turn this year.
