To be fair, I can see their point. They make a big sale, and don't get any traction because some Russian are buying in bulk to flip to the North American market. Not to mention all the scammers and outside storefront like greenman gaming... No matter what they do Steam can't win. If they move to one price worldwide, some part of the world can't afford to buy games. If they put region lock the sellers are going to bitch. If they do nothing the big publishers are going to skip the big seasonal sales.
