How clever you have to download, and print a form, fill it up, mail it. They figure at worse it going to cost them a 15% claim rate for all accounts concerned. Meanwhile Sony know exactly how many accounts, can contact almost all of them, and hell can credit all accounts immediately if they wanted to. The lawyers got paid so they don't give a damn, the judge was probably technology illiterate anyway.
