Plan Nord the checklist!

Is Jean Charest Plan Nord great for you? That depend on who you are lucky for you I made a checklist.
1. Do you own A) An engineering firm. B) An heavy construction business. C) Any Business that can profit from Plan Nord directly or even indirectly.
If you answer yes to A give yourself 500 points, a yes to B is worth 500 and a yes to C is worth 500.
give yourself an extra 250 points if you said yes to more than one and an extra 1000 point if you own all three type of business. If you answered no to all three it minus -2000
If you answered yes continue with 2. if you did not move on to question 3.


2. In your business do you employ a) A former Liberal Minister, Political attaché, fundraiser lobbyist.... b) A former PQ Minister, Political attaché, fundraiser, lobbyist....
Give yourself +1000 points if you answered yes to either and +3000 if you have said yes to both.
And minus -5000 if you don't have any. You really should know better.


3. How much money did you legally gave to both or either the Liberal and PQ in the past five years. a) The maximum legal limit to both. b) Less than the maximum limit to both c) The max to one less than the max to the other.
Give yourself +500 points for A and +250 for C but take -500 point off if it b)


4. Did you give any money well over the legal limit (under the table) to either the PQ or Liberal or both. If yes to one +3000  to both +7000


5. Do you have any mob connection.
+5000 for yes.


6. Do you have any pictures or video of any any Québec Politician or high public servant doing something shady if yes give yourself 2500 points.


7. How old are you. Over 35 +500. Under 35 and Over 25 +300 points. Under 25 + 250


8. Are you currently living North or South of Québec city. +100 for North -100 for south


9. Are you part of the Inuit Nation. Yes +2000 but take half off if you ever sniffed gas. No -1000


10. Are you willing to move to a frozen hellhole to work for decent money ten years from now because we all know at the speed that the Quebec state is moving they will not have work for you until at least 2021. +500


11. Are you a high ranked union leader +2000 for yes -2000 for no.


12. Are you an elected official with provincial ambition. +2000 for yes
Calculate your score.
Anything over 10000 congratulation you know how Québec really work and will make a truckload of cash.


Between 7000 and 3000 you should do okay but start buying more influence.


Under 3000 you are Joe Taxpayer you might get a job up north in a decade if you start greasing the right wheels now. But you never strike it big and your tax are not getting lower any time soon.
Congratulation your tax and hard work will pay and build the public infrastructure while other more connected peoples move in to grab the land cheap and strip mine it to privatize the profit of your hard work.
